Scandinavian Highlands is pleased to report encouraging
results from a geophysical survey at the Mauken Greenstone Gold
Project
A detailed, ground-based FDEM survey, confirms airborne TEM
anomalies from 2006. The survey indicates a strong potential for a
surface-near sulphide mineralisation situated along trend from
"Main Zone" gold mineralisation, discovered in late 2008. The TEM
and FDEM anomaly can be traced for more than 1000 m. The strong
geophysical anomalies also coincide with highly anomalous
geochemical stream sediment samples collected in the area.
Further work including surface diamond drilling will commence in
the nearby future.
