Northern Highlands ApS expands license area in Mauken
greenstone belt
Northern Highlands ApS is pleased to announce that is has
acquired additional 5.2 km2 (4 individual claims) in the
prospective Mauken greenstone belt. The total license area is now
84.8 km2. The license expansion is based on a successful
field season, where several new mineralized zones have been
identified.
The Mauken greenstone Belt proves to be a prospective area, and
the field work carried out this summer has exposed several new gold
mineralized zones as well as a very large alteration halo that may
very well be linked to a structural controlled gold mineralization
system of significant size.
